What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

What to Expect From a Reiki Treatment
I will come to your home, set up my table to perform Reiki. You will need to provide space for a table about 10’x7′. Reiki treatments typically last about 45 minutes.
During a session, you’ll lie on a massage table fully clothed, as I gently places my hands, palms down, on or just above your body in specific energy locations.
I use a series of 12 to 15 different hand positions.

A 45 minutes in-home reiki session is $80.00 plus $10.00 travel fee in the Comox Valley.
Available Monday to Friday 10 am to 4 pm.
Payments can be made via e-transfer to 250.616.4253 or by cash or cheque.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, a full refund is available. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or the client is a no-show, then 50% of the cost of the session with be incurred.

Thank you for taking the time to check out my website. I have lived on the island for most of my life. I grew up in Parksville and have lived in the Comox Valley since 2018. When I am not playing with my 2 adorable fur babies (tuxedo cats) named Coco and Jasper, I am doing yoga or playing board games with my partner. My mom dabbled in energy healing when I was younger and it has always interested me how energy heals people so I decided to take my Level 1 and 2 Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki.
